Apex HS Lacrosse Camp is announcing the addition of two new programs for the June 14-17th, 2010 camp. The first program is designed for Cougar Select players. We are happy to announce that a special Cougar Select price $90 will be extended to all players on the Cougar Select Teams. In addition, we will have a scrimmage on Wednesday June 16th from 7:45 until 8:45 for the U11, U12, and U13 teams. A scrimmage will be held on Thursday June 17th at the same time for the U14 and U15 teams. These scrimmages will be held immediately following camp. On your registration please indicate Cougar Select Rate. Additional information or inquiries to chiphar@nc.rr.com. We hope to see all of you Cougar Select players at the camp and scrimmage.
We are excited to announce the addition of a beginners introductory program at the Apex HS Lacrosse Camp. The introductory camp is reserved for new players rising 1st and 2nd grades. Since our general camp includes rising 3rd graders we did not include that age with the introductory portion. However, at a parent’s request we will allow a rising 3rd grader to attend the introductory program. The introductory program will be held from 6:30 until 8:00 PM Monday June 14th through Thursday June 17th, 2010. Price for this camp is $70 and equipment requirements include only a lacrosse stick. On Wednesday night , June 16th from 6:30-7:30 we will hold a parents session of Lacrosse 101 in one of classroom trailers adjacent to the field. Here we will provide an explanation of basis lacrosse rules, strategies, equipment needs, and give some parent lessons so you can play catch with your son. This will be open to all parents with a registered camper, and is included as part of the camp registration cost. On your registration please indicate Introductory Program.
