This program is set up in a league format for girls in grades 9 through 12. Players are encouraged to join as a group with others from their school - individuals are assigned to teams. Some instruction is offered to our newer players. This program will give the participants a competitive edge come spring practice. Equipment requirements include a mouthpiece, goggles and stick.

We will be fully staffed with expert instructors facilitating all sessions. If you are interested in being  a “bench coach”, please call us at 363-9367 and identify the team you would like to work with. The role of the bench coach is to help with substitutions (all players play an equal amount of time) and to work with the girls on the bench. Our staff will handle all field play and field coaching and instruction

*Times are approximate pending enrollment trends.

Listed below are rules and guidlines that will be followed at every game.

1- Roster checks before every game- The coaches running Indoor will check rosters before every game. Only players registered for Indoor may participate in the games. Players may not play in any game where they are not listed on the participating team's roster. The exception to this is when our staff coaches arrange this.

2-Contact- There is strictly no body checking or "finishing" checks. There is no need for this in Indoor.

3- There is no contact allowed around the boards area- this is a neutral zone- no stick or body contact at all in this area.

4- Stick check rules are generally the same as outdoor play- but we call it much tighter in Indoor- this is because players are in such close proximity to one another- this is a safety issue- play body position defense.

5- The coaches will have a pre-game "meeting" with both teams together before all games to review rules, check rosters, see if there are any concerns from anyone.

If you know that on a given week that your team will not show up or that only a few players will show up, please contact us in advance as a courtesy to your opponent so we can arrange to have extra players on hand from other teams to fill in. This creates a difficult situation when an entire team is a no-show.
