Equipment requirements include helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouthpiece, cup, and stick.
This program will be managed by John Hayden, Head Coach- Apex HS, along with other high school and youth level coaches. Some instruction in skills and indoor strategy is provided. This progrmam is suited for all skill levels, including beginner through advanced.
