This program will consist of a mix of instruction, drills, and scrimmage opportunities. We will coach to all levels of play so this session is as appropriate for a beginner as it will be for an advanced player.
This program will be managed by Liz McWilliams, Assistant Lacrosse Coach- Apex HS, along with Apex HS State Champion players. Equipment requirements include a mouthpiece, goggles and stick.
