This program is set up in a league format. Players are encouraged to join as a group with others from their school- individuals are assigned to teams. Some instruction in skills and indoor strategy is provided. Equipment requirements include a helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, stick, and cup.

This program will be managed by Ed Moore, Head Coach- Apex HS Junior Varsity and Chris Iorio, Assistant Varsity Coach-Apex High School along with other high school and youth level coaches.
